Step 1. Take Pictures/Videos of Your Office/Shop
- Take at least one picture of the main entrance/front door area
- Take one picture of the opposite view from the front door
- Take one picture of the entire building/premises including the front door
- Standing at the front door, take one picture of the inside of the premises
- Take one picture of the view outside from the main window (if any)
- Take 2 pictures of the trading area from opposite angles
- For reception, kitchen, meeting room(s), and office(s), take one picture of each entire interior shooting from the door
- More pictures = better analysis. Same guidance applies to videos
- Rename files clearly: reception1.jpg, meeting1.jpg, etc.
Step 2. Prepare a Floor Plan
- If available, photograph or scan your existing floor plan
- No floor plan? Draw one by hand or use free tools like Homestyler.com
- Accurate measurements preferred, but clear layout showing doors, partitions, and trading areas is sufficient
- For offices/shops in large buildings or malls, include a simple location plan showing your unit's position (mark level and main door)
Step 3. Upload Files to Cloud Drive
- Google Drive preferred, or any free cloud service accessible to Master Ip

Step 4. Get Coordinates & Facing Direction
- Visit osmcompass.com and use the built-in compass to measure your building's facing angle
- Copy coordinates + facing angle
- This step can be complicated, you may just contact Master Ip and tell him the exact address of the property.
